Our Easy Return Policy
- You can request a return within 60 days of delivery.
- Instead of sending your TOMO back, simply email us at support@tomobottle.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.
- Once verified, you can choose a replacement, a refund (to your original payment method), or store credit (which never expires).
Important Notes
- Customized, final sale, or heavily used items are not eligible unless defective and within the warranty.
- Refunds are processed after verification and usually take 7–10 business days, depending on your bank.
